I have always loved writing, and as my writing has taken different forms and styles throughout the years, it’s clear that my passion resides in creating content around wellness, lifestyle, and culture. I live and breathe these topics, so exploring them on these pages comes naturally.

In my everyday practice, I am always doing something that falls into those categories. My morning yoga sequence (wellness), watching my favorite series while noticing the parallels in the modern world (culture), or snuggling up with books like Atomic Habits for tips and tricks to further organize my life (lifestyle).

The gears in my head are constantly turning, and writing these thoughts in an organized and concise form is the only thing that will keep me sane.

Thankfully, writing is a double-win because it not only helps me but also helps my readers. People connect with my writing because it is easy to digest, conversational, and most importantly, relatable. I have the ability to break down complex information in a way people can swallow but also deliver it in a way that is entertaining and sparks the reader’s curiosity. By the time you finish one of my pieces, you are likely to have learned something new or gained a new perspective on something that you never thought about.
